理性分析中医的长短优劣——兼论中医的科学性及发展方向

Rational analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of TCM: Scientific development direction of TCM

针对目前中西医学发展状况及中西两大医学之间的学术争论,甚至互相诋毁,文章从中医的指导思想、思维方法、理论体系、临床实践等方面对中医的长短优劣进行理性分析,阐明中医的优势主要体现在中和思维、整体观念、辨证论治、药食同源等方面。中医的劣势主要体现在抽象、笼统、模糊、歧义等方面;通过"科学"的不同内涵与外延阐述中医的科学性,强调中医是一门建立在"人与自然、社会是一个整体"基础上的复杂性科学。通过与西医的比较,阐明中西医学的互补性,并进一步探索中医的发展方向。

In view of the current development situation of Chinese and western meridian as well as the academic dispute and even mutual slander,the advantages and disadvantages of TCM were analyzed rationally in the aspects of the guidance thought,thinking method,theoretic system and clinical practice. It was explained that the advantages of TCM are embodied in the neutralizing thought,holistic idea,syndrome differentiation and the mutual-source of drugs and food. The disadvantages of TCM are reflected in its abstraction and ambiguity. In terms of the connotation and extension of＂science＂,the scientificity of TCM was stated. It was stressed that TCM is the complex science on the base of the holism of human being,nature and society. The complementarity of TCM and western medicine was explained through the comparison with the western medicine so as to explore the development direction of TCM.
