摘要
道路照明作为公共照明的重要组成,采用节能的照明方式可缓解能源危机、实现可持续发展,并推进"节能减排"政策实施。道路照明的节能改造应结合当地实际情况及产生的效益采用恰当的节能技术。在基于北京等地调研的基础上,探讨了道路照明系统节能改造所产生的增量成本与增量效益的组成,推导出道路照明节能改造增量经济效益测算方法;运用全寿命周期评估理论(LCA)对城市道路照明节能改造项目实例的技术方案进行分析比选,并从项目的经济性及环境效益优选合理方案。以期为各地开展城市道路照明改造工作,优选节能方案提供决策依据。
Road lighting is an important part of public lighting. Energy-saving lighting mode will ease energy crisis,achieve sustainable development and help policy implementation. For road lighting facilities,the selection of energy-saving technologies should consider the actual situation and corresponding benefit. This article develops the estimate methods of economic benefit by combining incremental revenue and cost of energy-saving actions for road lighting facilities. This article also analyzes the technical plans for energy-saving retrofit of urban road lighting by applying the life cycle assessment(LCA). This article attempts to select the optimal plan from economic and environmental aspects and provides solid references for the application of energy-saving work on urban road lighting.
