摘要
BIM技术是解决工程项目施工过程中协同性问题的重要方法,结合驾驭式计算的建设项目施工协同管理方法能够进行实时可视化并能对计算仿真过程进行动态驾驭。通过分析驾驭式计算和BIM结合对于施工协同管理的重要作用,利用BIM理论、工程协同管理理论以及多目标优化理论建立了基于IFC的多目标优化模型,并设计了驾驭式计算、协同进化算法和BIM的结合方案用来实现对多目标优化模型的计算。构建了施工阶段的协同管理模型来整合多目标优化流程以及施工各参与方的协同工作流程,该施工协同模型能够有效地实现施工阶段各个参与方之间的协同工作、对于多目标的协同优化以及对于过程的实时可视化与实时控制。
BIM technology has become an important solution to the collaborative problems in construction process. Combining computational steering method with construction collaborative management can make a real-time visualization and control computational process. The combination of the computational steering and BIM for the collaborative management of the construction phase is very important. Integrating BIM theory,engineering collaborative management theory and multi-objective optimization theory,a multi-objective optimization model based on IFC is established. Based on this analysis,the collaborative management model of the construction phase is designed to integrate the multi-objective optimization process and the collaborative work process of each participant involved in the construction process,and the effective coordination among the various participants in the construction phase is realized,the coordinated optimization of the target and the real-time control of the process are realized.
