摘要
我国现行的造价管理模式虽然已经与国际惯例接轨,但仍然存在着许多问题亟待解决,BIM作为行业前沿的新兴技术可以有助于这些问题的改进。BIM目前相应的应用点主要还是集中在碰撞检测、4D技术方案模拟等,对于造价管理系统中引入BIM技术的应用研究尚有些欠缺。将BIM与工程造价管理相融合,从施工方角度出发,通过对现有各阶段造价管理的需求分析,来实现对基于BIM的项目实施阶段造价管理模式进行设计的研究。
China's current cost management model has been in line with international practices,but there are still many problems to be solved. As an emerging technology in the forefront of the industry,BIM could help solve these problems. Nowadays BIM mainly focuses on collision detection,4 D technical scheme simulation,etc. The application of BIM technology in cost management system is still lacking. This paper integrates BIM with engineering cost management and analyzes existing multi-stage needs of cost management from the angle of constructors. Consequently, this study designs a cost management mode based on BIM during project implementation phase.
