摘要
在职业院校学生管理工作中针对学生的特殊性,推出制度化与人性化相结合的学生管理制度——千分制。本文对千分制的制度化与人性化进行了剖析,阐述了制度化与人性化在千分制管理中的运用,千分制在减轻学管工作繁复的同时,充分调动了学生的主动性和能动性,使学生发现自我、认识自我,以更好地实现自我价值为终极目标。
The management of students in vocational colleges is aimed at the particularity of students. The management system of institutionalized and humanized combination,thousand-point system,is carried out. This paper analyzes the institutionalization and humanization of the thousand-point system. The application of institutionalization and humanization in the management of thousand-point system is expounded. The system reduces the complexity and fully mobilizes the initiative of students to realize their self-discovery and self-cognition and to achieve better self-worth which is the ultimate goal.
