Construction of Teaching Team of “Double Tutor”in the Cooperation of Secondary Vocational School-enterprise under the Apprenticeship System

本文介绍了我校以实训基地场所为依托,以实训课为主线,详述了在学徒制下,"双导师"教学团队的组建、内涵建设、基地各实训课程设置与师资配备、指导青年教师、培养骨干教师等工作的开展。

This article introduces the establishment and connotation construction of the teaching team of＂double tutor＂under the apprenticeship system with the school as the actual training base and the actual training course as the main line. The course setting of various training courses in the base and the arrangement of teachers,guidance for young teachers,and training of backbone teachers are introduced.
