本文分析了跨企业培训中心建立的背景,借鉴德国职教师资培训经验,阐述了我院药品生产技术专业跨企业培训中心师资培训的措施,并指出进一步改进的方向。

In this paper,the background of the establishment of cross-enterprise training center was analyzed. Drawing lessons from the training experience of vocational teachers in Germany,the measures for the training of teachers in the cross-enterprise training center of pharmaceutical production technology specialty in our college were expounded and the directions of further improvement were put forward.
