Cultivation Path of Higher Vocational Students' Professional Ethics Promotion under Order Training Mode

良好的职业道德是高职学生毕业后立足企业、适应社会的立身之本。当前,一部分高职毕业生在职业道德方面存在一些不足,影响了高职学生顺利就业乃至个人职业的长远发展。为了提升高职学生职业道德水平,需要以学校为主导高度重视高职学生职业道德培育,以学生为主体自觉提升自身职业道德,校企合作共同培育致力于提升高职学生职业道德素养。

Good professional ethics is the foundation of higher vocational students to work in enterprises and adapt themselves to society. At present,there are some shortcomings in the professional ethics of some higher vocational graduates,which affect the smooth employment and even the personal long-term occupation development of higher vocational students. In order to improve the level of professional ethics of higher vocational students,it needs to attach great importance to the cultivation of professional ethics of higher vocational students under the guidance of the school,and take the students as the main body to promote their own professional ethics. The cooperation of school and enterprise is committed to improving the professional ethics of higher vocational students.
