目前,社会对高职机械专业人才能力的需求越来越多样化,对专业教师的实训指导能力要求也越来越高。相对于理论课教师,实训教师要变从属为主导,变固守为探索;强化团结意识,强调技术合作;在技术拓展层面加强实践,加强对学生的技能指导,拓展学生技能宽度。

The demands for talents in higher vocational colleges are more and more diversified,and the training requirements for professional teachers are also increasing. Compared with the teachers in the theory class,the training teachers should change subordinates into the leading and turn to the exploration,strengthen the sense of unity,emphasize the technical cooperation,strengthen the practice at the level of technical development,strengthen the skills guidance to the students and expand the students＇ skill width.
