摘要
本文主要从食品分析课程特点入手,围绕高职院校对学生实践能力的要求,阐述了当前传统食品分析课程考核形式的诸多不足,以期为高职院校"食品分析"课程考核方式的改革提供参考。
In this paper,the characteristics of food analysis course and the practical ability demand of the higher vocational colleges for students were described. Analyze the disadvantages of current examination methods of food analysis course,aiming to bring some ideas to the examination reform of food analysis course.
