摘要
运用现场取样的物料模拟现场运行工况,在试验台及现场进行了一系列试验,指出用石油焦和煤作为混合燃料的循环硫化床锅炉床料中的硫酸钙是影响其烟气氮氧化物排放质量浓度的最主要因素,并通过试验数据的对比分析进行证实,在理论和实践上具有独到性。
Using on - site sampling materials to simulate the on - site operating conditions, a series of tests were conducted on the test bench and on the site. It was pointed out that CaSO4 in the bed of CFB boilers with petroleum coke and coal as mixed fuels is the main factor affecting the emission mass concentration of flue gas nitrogen oxides. The conclusion is confirmed by comparative analysis of test data, and it is unique in theory and practice.
