摘要
延迟焦化装置高温重油泵为装置关键机泵,这些泵原机械密封均为单端面机械密封,冲洗方案为PLAN32+62。这种形式的机械密封应用在焦化装置高温重油泵上非常容易泄漏,而高温重油泄漏后极易自燃,因此必须对高温重油泵现有机械密封进行改造。分析了延迟焦化装置高温重油泵机械密封容易泄漏的原因,提出了安全可靠的改造办法,并结合现场实际情况,给出了改造和操作等的要点及难点。
The high - temperature heavy oil pump in the delayed coking unit is the key pump of the unit. The original mechanical seals of these pumps are single -end mechanical seals, and the flushing scheme is PLAN32 + 62. This type of mechanical seal is prone to leak when applying on the high - temperature heavy oil pump of the coking unit, and the leaked high - temperature heavy oil is easy to spontaneously ignite. Therefore, the existing mechanical seal of the high - temperature heavy oil pump must be modified. The causes of the leakage of the mechanical seal of the high - temperature heavy oil pump in the delayed coking unit are analyzed. The safe and reliable modification method is proposed. The key points and difficulties in the modification and operation are raised combining with the actual situation on the site.
