优质护理措施应用于在消化内科临床中的护理效果

Nursing effect of high quality nursing measures applied in the clinical practice of the department of digestive medicine

目的评价优质护理措施应用于在消化内科临床中的护理效果。方法收集2017年1月—12月于本院消化内科住院的患者112例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各56例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上辅以优质护理,对比分析两组患者的心理状况、护理质量及护理满意度。结果入院时两组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分均有所下降(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);观察组的护理质量评分为(97.33±3.45)分明显高于对照组(87.57±3.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为92.86%(26/28),明显高于对照组67.86%(19/28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理措施能够改善消化内科患者的心理状况,提高护理质量和护理满意度,在临床上值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the nursing effect of high quality nursing measures applied in the clinic of digestive medicine.Methods 112 patients hospitalized in the digestive department of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were collected and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,56 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group was supplemented with high quality nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The psychological status of the two groups of patients,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups of patients at admission（ P〉0.05）. After nursing,the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were decreased（ P〈0.05）,and the decrease of the observation group was more obvious than the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The nursing quality of the observation group（ 97.33± 3.45） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 87. 57 ± 3.28）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,and the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 92.86%（ 26/28）,which was significantly higher than 67.86%（ 19/28） of the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusions The high quality nursing measures can improve the psychological condition of the patients in the department of digestive internal medicine,and improve the nursing quality and satisfaction,worthy of clinical promotion.
