儿童单纯性肥胖血清Ghrelin、nesfatin-1水平与TC、TG及FBG的相关性分析 被引量:10

Analysis on the correlations between serum Ghrelin and nesfatin-1 levels and TC,TG,FBG in children with simple obesity

摘要 目的检测单纯性肥胖儿童空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及儿童空腹血清Ghrelin、nesfatin-1的水平与心外膜脂肪厚度(EAT)、体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、内脏脂肪厚度(VFT)、皮下脂肪厚度(SFT)、TC及TG的相关性。方法选取2015年11月-2017年11月在徐州市儿童医院门诊就诊的儿童120例,根据儿童MBI指数分为肥胖组40例、超重组40例及正常组40例,并记录3组儿童的年龄、性别、身高、体质量及血压等;比较3组儿童的Ghrelin、nesfatin-1水平与EAT、BMI、WHR、VFT、SFT、TC及TG的相关性。结果肥胖组儿童Ghrelin及nesfatin-1水平显著高于超重组和正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ghrelin、nesfatin-1、TG、TC、FBG、EAT、BMI及WHR、VFT及SFT与肥胖呈正相关性。经Logistic回归分析显示,SFT、EAT、BMI及VFT是导致肥胖的主要影响因素。结论血清Ghrelin、nesfatin-1水平直接参与儿童肥胖发病机制中,与BMI明显相关;血清Ghrelin、nesfatin-1水平与FBG、TG、TC等指标呈负相关性,其指标水平未直接影响儿童血糖及血脂水平的变化。 Objective To detect the correlations between the levels of serum fasting blood glucose( FBG),total cholesterol( TC),triacylglycerol( TG),epicardium adipose thickness( EAT),body mass index( BMI),waist-to-hip ratio( WHR),visceral fat thickness( VFT),subcutaneous fat thickness( SFT) and serum fasting Ghrelin,nesfatin-1 in children with simple obesity. Methods From November 2015 to November 2017,120 children were selected from Outpatient Department of Xuzhou Children's Hospital,then they were divided into obesity group,overweight group,and normal weight group according to BMI,40 children in each group. Age,gender,height,and blood pressure of children in the three groups were recorded. The correlations between Ghrelin,nesfatin-1 levels and EAT,BMI,WHR,VFT,SFT,TC,TG in the three groups were compared. Results The levels of Ghrelin and nesfatin-1 in obesity group were statistically significantly higher than those in overweight group and normal weight group( P〈0. 05). Ghrelin,nesfatin-1,TG,TC,FBG,EAT,BMI,WHR,VFT,and SFT were positively correlated with obesity. Logistic regression analysis showed that SFT,EAT,BMI,and VFT were the main influencing factors of obesity. Conclusion Serum Ghrelin and nesfatin-1 are directly involved in pathogenesis of obesity in children,which are significantly correlated with BMI. The levels of serum Ghrelin and nesfatin-1 are negatively correlated with FBG,TG,TC,which do not directly affect the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in children.
