聚焦超声联合竹红菌素软膏治疗对外阴上皮非瘤样病变妇女血清cAMP、cGMP的影响

Effect of focused-ultrasound combined with hypocrellin ointment on serum cAMP and cGMP in women with nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva

目的观察聚焦超声联合红霉素软膏对外阴上皮非瘤样病变患者血清cAMP和cGMP的影响。方法选择2012年6月-2016年9月该院妇科收治的94例外阴上皮非瘤样病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各47例。对照组患者给予聚焦超声治疗,观察组患者在聚焦超声治疗的基础上给予竹红菌素联合治疗,术后随访6个月对比两组患者血清cAMP和cGMP的变化。结果经治疗后,观察组患者痛痒感消退率、白斑面积缩小率显著优于对照组患者[91.49%比65.96%,78.72%比51.06%,P<0.05];观察组患者的血清c AMP和cAMP/cGMP显著高于对照组[(18.58±1.46)ng/ml比(10.25±1.01)ng/ml,(3.08±0.35)比(1.20±0.25),P<0.05],血清cGMP水平低于对照组[(6.03±0.84)ng/ml比(8.55±0.72)ng/ml,P<0.05]。结论聚焦超声联合红霉素软膏治疗外阴上皮非瘤样病变,能够有效缩小患者白斑面积,减轻患者痛痒感,同时调节患者血清cAMP和cGMP水平,改善病变组织紊乱的代谢功能与异常的细胞增殖情况。

Objective To observe the effect of focused-ultrasound combined with hypocrellin ointment on serum cAMP and cGMP in women with nonneoplasticepithelial disorders of vulva. Methods From June 2012 to September 2016,94 patients with nonneoplasticepithelial disorders of vulva treated in Department of Gynecology,Hengshui People＇s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,47 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by focused ultrasound,and the patients in observation group were treated by focused-ultrasound combined with hypocrellin ointment. After 6 months,the changes of serum cAMP and cGMP in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the regression rate of pain and itch,the reduction rate of lesion area in observation group were 91. 49% and 78. 72%,respectively,which were statistically significantly higher than those in control group（ 65. 96% and 51. 06%）（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of serum cAMP and cAMP/cGMP in observation group were（ 18. 58±1. 46） ng/ml and（ 3. 08±0. 35）,respectively,which were statistically significantly higher than those in control group [（ 10. 25±1. 01） ng/ml and（ 1. 20±0. 25） ]（ P〈0. 05）. The level of serum cGMP in observation group was（ 6. 03 ±0. 84） ng/ml,which was statistically significantly lower than that in control group [（ 8. 55±0. 72） ng/ml]（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Focused-ultrasound combined with hypocrellin ointment in treatment of nonneoplasticepithelial disorders of vulva can effectively reduce lesion area,relieve pain and itch,regulate the levels of serum cAMP and cGMP,and improve metabolism disorder and abnormal cell proliferation.
