分组互助式管理对慢性住院精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响

Effect of group-assisted management on rehabilitation of chronic hospitalized patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨互助式管理对慢性住院精神分裂症患者的康复促进作用。方法:将100例慢性住院精神分裂症患者随机分为常规护理组和研究组,每组50例。研究组在常规护理上实施互助式管理,比较两组患者的康复效果。结果:研究组慢性住院精神分裂症患者的护理观察量表评分、阳性与阴性症状量表评分、社会功能评定量表评分均高于常规护理组,焦虑改善率、护理满意度也高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:互助式管理能明显提高慢性住院精神分裂症患者的治疗效果。

Objective： To Explore the role of group-assisted management in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic hospitalized schizophrenia. Methods： 100 patients with chronic hospitalized schizophrenia were randomly divided into routine nursing group and study group,50 cases in each group. Results： The nursing observation scale scores,the positive and negative symptom scale scores,and the social function rating scale scores of patients with chronic hospitalized schizophrenia in the study group were higher than those in the routine nursing group. Anxiety improvement rate and nursing satisfaction were also higher than those in the routine nursing group. The differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Group-assisted management can significantly improve the treatment effect of chronic hospitalized schizophrenia patients.
