摘要
目的:评价宫颈cook球囊联合人工破膜在足月妊娠产妇引产中的临床效果。方法:将需住院引产的足月妊娠初产妇130例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例,观察组行宫颈cook球囊联合人工破膜引产术后静脉滴注缩宫素,对照组直接静滴缩宫素。观察两组孕妇的产程、剖宫率、产后出血量及新生儿窒息率,并进行评价。结果:观察组孕妇总产程、第一产程、第二产程时间均短于对照组,剖宫产率和产后出血量亦少于对照组,使用宫颈cook球囊后,观察组的Bishop评分明显提高。差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未出现新生儿窒息。结论:宫颈cook球囊联合人工破膜技术在足月妊娠产妇中具有良好的临床效果。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of cervical cook balloon combined with artificial rupture in labor induction in full-term pregnancy. Methods: 130 cases of primiparas with full-term pregnancy requiring hospitalization were randomly divided into observation group and control group,65 cases in each group. The observation group received intravenous drip of oxytocin after cervical cook balloon combined with artificial rupture of membranes,and the control group was given oxytocin directly. The duration of labor,the rate of cesarean section,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the rate of neonatal asphyxia in the two groups were observed and evaluated. Results: The total birth process and the first and second stage of pregnant women in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The rate of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage were also less than those of the control group. After the use of the cook balloon,the Bishop score of the observation group was obviously improved.The differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05),and no neonatal asphyxia was found in the two groups. Conclusion: Cervical cook balloon combined with artificial rupture membrane technology has good clinical effect in full-term pregnancy.
