奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙及氟尿嘧啶化疗治疗晚期食管癌临床观察

Clinical observation of oxaliplatin combined with calcium folinate and fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

目的:探索奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙及氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期食管癌的疗效。方法:将晚期食管癌患者96例按抽签法分为两组,每48例。对照组采用氟尿嘧啶+亚叶酸钙+顺铂方案治疗,观察组采用氟尿嘧啶+亚叶酸钙+奥沙利铂方案治疗,比较两组疗效、实验室相关指标及不良反应发生率。结果:化疗后,观察组总有效率较对照组高,VEGF、CRP及MMP-9水平均较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、白细胞减少及腹泻发生率均较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙及氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期食管癌可提高其临床疗效,改善实验室相关指标。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of oxaliplatin combined with calcium folinate and fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods： 96 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were divided into two groups by lottery,each 48 cases. The control group was treated with fluorouracil ＋ cisplatin and calcium subfolate ＋ cisplatin. The observation group was treated with fluorouracil ＋ calcium folate ＋ oxaliplatin. The curative effect,laboratory related indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results： After chemotherapy,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,VEGF,CRP and MMP-9 were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,and the incidence of nausea and vomiting,leukocyte reduction and diarrhea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were also statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Oxaliplatin combined with calcium folinate and fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer can improve the clinical efficacy and laboratory related indicators.
