等离子双极宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of plasma bipolar hysteroscopic electrosurgical resection for submucous myoma of uterus

目的:分析等离子双极宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:100例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者随机分成两组,常规组50例实施单极宫腔镜电切术治疗,双极治疗组50例实施等离子双极宫腔镜电切术治疗。观察两组的治疗效果。结果:双极治疗组显效率为94.0%,高于常规组80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者术中出血量、手术时间和并发症低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者实施等离子双极宫腔镜电切术治疗的效果明显。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of plasma bipolar hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of submucous myoma of uterus. Methods： 100 patients with submucosal myoma were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in the routine group were treated by unipolar hysteroscopic resection and 50 patients in the bipolar group were treated by bipolar hysteroscopic resection. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of bipolar treatment group was 94.0%,which was higher than that of routine treatment group（ 80.0%）. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The amount of bleeding during operation,operation time and complications of the patients were significantly lower than those of the conventional group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Plasma bipolar hysteroscopic resection is effective in the treatment of submucous myoma of uterus.
