摘要
Hippo信号通路在调节器官的生长发育过程中起到重要的作用,它与器官发育的大小和肿瘤的形成有关。Hippo通路是从肿瘤抑制子Hippo至原癌蛋白YAP/TAZ激酶级联反应的信号传递途径。YAP/TAZ是Hippo通路下游的主要效应分子,也是生物调节功能上的两个相关转录调节因子。YAP/TAZ的失调会引起相关基因的表达改变,影响细胞的增殖、分化以及凋亡,从而影响器官的大小以及肿瘤的形成。肿瘤中的YAP/TAZ活性增强,他们已成为肿瘤的标志物和抗肿瘤药物靶点。本文综述YAP/TAZ在肿瘤中的生物学作用,这将为肿瘤的防治提供新的思路与策略。
Hippo signaling pathway plays an important role in regulating organ growth and development,which is related to the size of developing organs and tumor formation. The Hippo pathway is a signal transduction pathway from the tumor suppressor Hippo to the proto oncoprotein YAP/TAZ kinase cascade. YAP/TAZ is the main effector molecule downstream of Hippo pathway,and is the two related transcription regulator in biology and regulation function. The maladjustment of YAP/TAZ causes changes in the expression of related genes, affecting the proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of the cells,thus affecting the size of the organ and the formation of the tumor. YAP/TAZ activity in tumors has been enhanced. They have become tumor markers and targets for anti-tumor drugs. This review summarizes the biological role of YAP/TAZ in cancer,which will provide new ideas and strategies for the prevention and treatment of cancer.
