摘要
河道整治是一项传统工程,长久以来主要以防洪固堤为首。随着环境状况的不断恶化及河道整治理念的创新,城市河道水环境综合整治逐步发展为以防洪固堤、水质提升、水环境改善、生态环保相统一的工程体系。该工程以全面规划、统筹兼顾、因地制宜、生态优先为原则,实施管道截污、堤岸建设、内源治理、生态修复等主要措施。城市河道水环境综合整治的目标是实现河道防洪、水质、水环境及生态系统同步改善与提升的效果,建设生态自然的河道水环境系统。
River remediation is a traditional project, and its main long-run task is to strengthen the levees. With the environmental conditions getting worse and the innovation of water environment remediation concept, the comprehensive remediation of urban river water environment has gradually developed into an engineering system, including flood prevention and dyke strengthening, water quality imprbvement, water environment improvement, coo-environment protection. Based on the principle of comprehensive planning, adjusting according to local conditions and ecological priority, major measures such as pipeline pollution interception, embankment construction, endogenous pollution control and ecological remediation would be implemented. The objective of comprehensive improvement of urban river water environment was to achieve the effect of synchronous improvement of river flood control, water quality, water environment, and ecosystem, and to build an ecologically natural river water environment system.
