摘要
以佛山某垃圾焚烧厂为研究对象,在分析佛山某垃圾焚烧厂飞灰的重金属含量以及浸出浓度基础上,研究了N,N-二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDTC)、磷酸以及复合药剂对飞灰重金属的稳定化处理效果。结果表明:飞灰中Cd、Pb的浸出浓度显著超GB 16889—2008《生活垃圾填埋场限值标准》;DDTC对飞灰中Pb、Cd和Cr有较好的稳定化效果,对Zn的处理效果较差;磷酸对飞灰中Pb、Cu、Cr也有较好的稳定化效果,对Zn和Cd的稳定化效果不理想;2.5%磷酸和1.5%DDTC的复合药剂对Pb、Cr、Cd等重金属均有较好的稳定化效果,且经复合药剂处理后,重金属浸出浓度可以达到GB 16889—2008的相应限值要求。
Taking fly ash from municipal solid waste incineration in Foshan as the research object, and based on the contents and leaching concentrations of heavy metals, diethyldithiocarbamatetrihydrate and phosphoric acid were taken as the agents for stabilizing treatment. As a result, the leaching concentrations of Cd and Pb were much higher than the limits of National Solid Waste Landfill(GB 16889-2008). DDTC could effectively stabilize Pb, Cd and Cr. phosphoric acid with dosage of 3%, couldn't effectively stabilize Cd and Zn, but effectively stabilize Pb and Cr. Complex agents including 2.5% of phosphoric acid and 1.5% of DDTC had effective stabilization to Pb, Cd and Cr. Besides, after treated by the complex agent, the leaching concentration of heavy metals could meet the requirements of GB 16889-2008.
