摘要
通过对南安市羊养殖、监测和调运等情况的摸底调查,采集饲养羊54个行政村、9个普通羊场、8个饲养乳羊点共计1926份血清样品。采用琥红平板凝集试验筛选,竞争酶联免疫吸附试验(c-ELISA试验)进行确检,分析本地羊布鲁氏菌的流行病学。检测结果显示946头普通羊的阳性率为0,但980头乳羊中有64头阳性(6.5%)。由此得出南安市由外省引入乳羊布鲁氏菌病引发该地区内羊群疫情发生的风险较大。
In a mapping survey of sheep farms, monitoring and transportations, 1 926 blood samples were collected from 54 administrative villages, 9 farms, 8 feeding area for sheep. The samples were screened by rose benga1 plate test (RBPT) and confirmed by competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (c-ELISA assay) to analyze the local epidemiological investigation of Brucellosis. The results show that there is no positive sample in 964 general sheep, but 64 samples positive in 980 milk goats (6.5%). It indicates that the introduction of brucellosis from other provinces in Nanan city leads to a greater risk of herding epidemic in this area.
