摘要
文章介绍了齿轨传动车辆的重量、重心及轴重和轮重计算的算法,并运用Excel软件对该车辆的重量参数进行数据输入、重量计算、重心调节、轴重和轮重计算,以及结果显示,完成该算法的工程应用。运用该方法,能直观地优化设备布置位置,解决非对称转向架车辆设计,轴重轮重的精确设计等问题。
This paper presents the algorithm of vehicle weight, center of gravity, axle load and wheel weight for rack track train, and carries out data input, weight calculation, CG adjustment, axle load, wheel weight and result display based on vehicle weight parameters used by Excel software, to complete the engineering application of this algorithm. Using this method can optimize the location of equipment layout visually, solve the issues about the vehicle design with asymmetrical bogie and precise design of axle load and wheel weights.
