摘要
CRH2型动车组在调试时,执行备份指令后,牵引变流器的真空接触器发生延迟吸合现象,通过对硬件和软件的调查研究,确认程序识别信号的周期较短,还没有识别到吸合的信号,接触器状态进行了变更,故无法再动作。通过对软件的调整,控制信号识别时间延长后,现车验证正常。
While testing type CRH2 EMU, the combination process of vacuum contactor on traction converter is delayed after executing the backup instruction. Investigation and study of both hardware and software confirm that the cycle of recognition signal in the program is too short. The state of the contactor is changed while the combination signal is not yet identified. This leads to the delay of the contactor. Through extending the recognition time of control signal by modifing the software, the vehicle is verified to be normal.
