水疗配合感觉统合训练在脑性瘫痪儿童康复治疗中的应用观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究水疗配合感觉统合训练在脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)儿童康复治疗中的应用效果。方法选取某院156例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为感觉统合训练组(对照组,n=78)和水疗联合感觉统合训练组(观察组,n=78)。比较两组治疗前及治疗3个疗程后肌张力[改良Ashworth量表(MAS)]、平衡能力[Berg平衡量表(BBS)]、粗大运动功能[粗大运动功能测评表(GMFM-88)]、独立性[儿童功能独立检查(WeeFIM)]、脑血流动力学指标[大脑中动脉(MCA)收缩期峰值流速(Vs)、平均血流速度(Vm)]差异。结果治疗3个疗程后,两组MAS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),BBS、GMFM-88、WeeFIM评分及MCA的Vs、Vm检测结果则均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水疗配合感觉统合训练疗法可改善脑瘫患儿肌张力和脑血流状态,并提高其平衡能力及独立性,也对促进患儿粗大运动功能发育有利。 Objective To explore the application effect of spa ombined with sensory integration training in the rehi-bilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 156 children with cerebral palsy admitted ina hospitalwere selected and divided into the sensory integration training group(the control group,=78) and the spa and sen-sory integration training group (the observation group,=78) in accordance with the random number table.ModifiedAshworth Scale and Berg Balance Scale, GMFM-88, WeeFIM, Vs and Vm of MCA were adopted to measure themuscle tension, balance capacity, gross motor function, independence and cerebral hemodynamic index of the twogroups before the treatment and3 courses after treatment.Results After 3 treatment courses, MAS scores of bothgroups lowered compared with those before the treatment( 〈0.05).The scores of BBS, GMFM-88, WeeFIM and Vsand Vm of MCA all increased compared with those before the treatment( 〈0.05) with the increase span of the ob-servation group higher than that of the control group( 〈0.05).Conclusion Spa combine with sensory integrationtraining could improve the muscle tension and cerebral hemodynamics of children with cerebral palsy, improving theirbalance capacity, independence and the development of gross motion function.
