中医治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎进展探究

Research progress of the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with the method of traditional Chinese medicine

查阅近几年有关小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的文献,发现小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的中医治法种类繁多,包括口服中药或中成药内治法,穴位贴敷、推拿、足浴、拔罐、刮痧、经皮治疗等外治法。相对于单纯采用西医治法,将中医治法应用于小儿肺炎支原体肺炎能更有效地缩短病程,明显减轻患儿症状,效果理想,已获得广大患儿及家属的认同。本文将从内、外治法两方面,系统总结小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的中医治疗。

By referring to the literature about mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children in recent years, theauthor found there are various treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine for mycoplasma pneumoniae pneu-monia in children, including oral Chinese medicine, proprietary Chinese medicine, acupoint application, massage, footbath, cupping, scraping, percutaneous treatment and other external treatment methods.Compared with west medicaltreatment, the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with traditional Chinese medicine canshorten the course of illness more effectively and relieve the symptoms significantly with remarkable effect.It has beenrecognized by the majority of patients and their families.This article will systematically summarize the treatment meth-ods of traditional Chinese medicine on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children from the two aspects of inter-nal and external treatment.
