国土资源在加强经济建设以及促进社会发展中是必不可少的资源,建立国土资源动态监管系统可以促进对国情的准确掌握,提高管理决策的水平。为此,本文以收集到的国土资源数据成果为基础,借助计算机、GIS等技术,设计和研发了国土资源动态监管系统。系统中信息的查询统计以及各种分析功能,提高了分析决策的效率,促进了管理工作的自动化和科学化,在实际工作中发挥了重大意义。

Land and resources are the important resources of economic construction and social development, and the establishment ofdynamic supervision system of land and resources is an important means to accurately grasp the national situation and improve the levelof management decision. Therefore, this paper established the dynamic monitoring system of land and resources based on the data ofland and resources, with the help of computers, GIS and other technologies. The information query function and other analysis functions in this system make a improvement of the scientific and automatic management of the law enforcement management, and improvedthe efficiency of the analysis and decision-making. This system makes a great significance in the practical work.
