摘要 为了验证FDI对我国各区域碳排放的影响,文章依据2001-2016年的数据,采用系统GMM的方法验证了FDI对我国东、中、西部各区域碳排放的不同影响。研究结果表明:FDI规模效应在东部可以降低碳排放水平,对中西部具有正向的促进作用;技术效应在东、中部对碳排放产生了负效应,对西部的影响与东、中部刚好相反;结构效应对东部碳排放的影响,弹性系数也为负,有利于碳排放,对中、西部呈现正向效应;环境规制效应对三个区域的碳排放均呈现负效应,但是环境规制对东部的作用要好于中、西部。通过实证分析结果为中国低碳经济的发展提供理论基础具有一定的现实意义。 In order to verify the impact of FD1 on carbon emissions in various regions of China, the paper verifies the different effects of FDI on carbon emissions in all regions of eastern, central and western China based on the data from 2001 to 2016 using the system GMM. The results show that: The east can reduce the carbon emission level and has a positive effect in the central and western regions. The technical effect has a negative effect on carbon emissions in the eastern and central regions, while the impact on the west is just the opposite of the East and the Midland. The effect of the structural effect on the eastern carbon emissions' coefficient of elasticity is also negative, which is good for carbon emission and positive effect on the central and western regions. The environmental regulation effect has a negative effect on the three regions, but the environmental regulation is better for the eastern part than the central and western part. It is of practical significance to provide the theoretical basis for the development of low-carbon economy in China through empirical analysis.
