According to the connotation of the precise poverty and effect of rural ecological tourism, it found that the rural ecotourism development and poverty alleviation precise have close coupling mechanism in time, space, host （guest） body and target. It puts forward the linkage path between rural eco-tourism development and precision poverty alleviation from accurately identifying the eco-tourism poverty alleviation object, accurately planning eco-tourism poverty alleviation projects, accurately building eco-tourism projects and implementing precise measures for ecological protection.
