LID指导下苏南近郊乡村水绿生态规划——以黎星村为例

Suburban Countryside Water Ecological Planning in Southern Jiangsu under the Guidance of LID: A Case Study of Lixing Village

文章分析现阶段苏南近郊乡村水绿生态规划面临的主要问题,探讨LID指导下的水绿生态规划的流程。以黎星村为例,在对其现状信息数据进行全面系统分析的基础上,确定黎星村80%的年径流总量控制率和控制一年一遇的0.5小时降雨量的雨洪调蓄目标。相应提出水绿生态规划构建策略,即构建乡村雨洪生态安全格局、营造复合型弹性海绵空间和LID规划管控措施支持,并对比分析LID实施前后黎星村雨洪调蓄效绩的变化,验证方案目标达成情况。

This article analyzes the major difficulties faced by the suburban countryside water ecological planning at the present stage and studies its process under the guidance of LID. With the case study of Lixing village and based on the comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current information data, the targets of stormwater regulation system have been determined： to achieve 80% annual runoff control rate and to control 0.5 hour of rainfall in a year. Accordingly, the article presents some strategies such as structuring rural storm water ecological security pattern, creating a compound and flexible sponge space and supporting LID planning and control measures. And it analyzed the changes of Lixing Village storm water regulation performance to verify its feasibility before and after the LID.
