摘要
以尿素为催化剂,通过原位磷酸酯化法对氧化石墨烯的羟基进行磷酸酯改性,制得Ped GO(磷酸化氧化石墨烯)。并着重探讨了以Ped GO作为防腐颜料应用于AE(水性丙烯酸酯-环氧树脂)涂料中,分子结构与防腐效率的相关性,以及复合乳液对碳钢基板的防腐性能。研究结果表明:Ped GO在AE树脂中均匀分散,限制了腐蚀介质向金属基材表面扩散;Ped GO表面的磷酸基团起到了二次钝化防腐作用;当w(Ped‐GO)=3%(相对于涂料总体质量而言)时,防腐涂层水蒸气透过率降低到68.19 g/(m^2·24 h),与空白样相比防腐效率提高了99.96%。
Phosphorylated graphene oxide(Ped GO)was synthesized by using the in-situ phosphate esterifica‐tion method(modification of hydroxyl group of graphene oxide by phosphate)with urea as catalyst.When Ped GOwas applied as anticorrosive pigment in waterborne acrylate-epoxy resin(AE)coatings,the relationship betweenmolecular structure and anticorrosive efficiency and the anticorrosion properties of composite emulsion on carbonsteel substrate were also discussed. The research results showed that Ped GO was evenly dispersed in AE resin,which limited the diffusion of corrosive medium to the surface of metal substrate.And the phosphoric acid group onthe surface of Ped GO played a secondary passivation and corrosion protection role.When w(Ped GO)=3%(relativeto the overall quality of the coating),the water vapor permeability of the coating decreased to 68.19 g/(m2·24 h),the anticorrosive efficiency increased by 99.96% when compared with the untreated sample.
