不同麻醉状态对大鼠膀胱测压的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解不同麻醉状态对大鼠膀胱测压结果的影响,为基础实验大鼠的膀胱测压提供参考。方法 13只SD雄性大鼠(350~400g),麻醉下行膀胱造瘘术,每只大鼠在深麻、浅麻醉状态下分别进行膀胱测压,并和清醒状态下膀胱测压结果进行比较。膀胱测压参数包括:基础膀胱充盈压、排尿间隔、功能膀胱容量、膀胱顺应性、排尿期最大膀胱压。结果大鼠在深麻醉状态下,膀胱没有收缩力,膀胱充盈到一定程度出现充盈性尿失禁,膀胱漏点压(BLPP)为:(33.101±7.189)cmH_2O。深麻醉状态下的膀胱顺应性[(0.017 4±0.0126)mL/cmH_2O]较浅麻醉[(0.089 4±0.092 2)mL/cm H_2O]及清醒状态[(0.104±0.136)mL/cmH_2O]低(P<0.05)。在浅麻醉及清醒状态下大鼠膀胱均可瞬时收缩,大鼠均可自行排尿,膀胱均有收缩功能,但浅麻醉状态下大鼠的排尿期最大膀胱压[32.027±6.309(cmH_2O)]显著小于清醒状态[38.144±7.974(cmH_2O)](P<0.05),同时浅麻醉状态的排尿间隔和膀胱功能容量也显著小于清醒状态[(156.306±81.327)s vs.(237.057±124.388)s,(0.261±0.136)mL vs.(0.389±0.202)mL](P<0.05)。大鼠的膀胱顺应性和基础膀胱充盈压在浅麻醉和清醒状态没有显著性差异。结论不同麻醉状态对大鼠膀胱功能均有影响。浅麻醉状态大鼠可自主排尿,可以作为有关大鼠模型的尿动力学研究方法,但应考虑到麻醉效果对大鼠膀胱功能的影响。 Objective To analyze the effects of different anesthetic states on the urodynamic evaluation of rats. Methods A total of 13 male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were involved in the operation of cystostomy,during which the rats were put in the state of slight anesthesia, deep anesthesia and wakefulness, and the urodynamic parameters were compared,including bladder basal pressure, voiding interval, bladder functional capacity, bladder compliance and voiding stage maximum bladder pressure. Results In the deep anesthetic state, the rats' bladder could not contract. When the bladder was filled to some extent, over-flow incontinence would occur and the bladder leak point pressure (BLPP) was (33. 101 ± 7. 189)cmH20. The bladder compli-ance in deep anesthetic state [(0. 017 4±0. 012 6)mL/cmH20] was less than that in slight anesthetic state [(0. 089 4±0. 092 2) mL/cmH20] and waking state [(0. 104±0. 136 mL/cmH20)] (P〈0.05). The bladder had transient contraction in slight anes-thetic state and waking state, and the rats could urinate voluntarily. However,in slight anesthetic state, the voiding stage maxi-mum bladder pressure,voiding interval and functional bladder capacity [(32. 027±6. 309)cmH20, (156. 306±81. 327)s, (0. 261±0. 136)mL] were less or shorter than those in waking state [(38. 144±7. 974)cmH20,(237.057±124.388)s,(0.389±0.202) mL] (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in the bladder compliance and bladder basal pressure between slight an-esthetic state and waking state. Conclusion Anesthesia can affect the bladder functions. In slight anesthetic state, rats can uri-nate by themselves. Therefore,animal models can be put in slight anesthetic state in urodynamic studies,but the effects of anes-thesia on the bladder functions should be taken into consideration.
