摘要弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（Diffuse large B cell lymphoma,DLBCL）是一种好发于血液系统的恶性肿瘤,原发肾脏DLBCL较为罕见,占结外淋巴瘤比例不足0.7%^（[1]）。因原发性肾脏DLBCL恶性程度高、预后差,临床医师对其缺乏认识。我们回顾性分析了我院收治的9例原发性肾脏DLBCL患者的临床资料,归纳总结其临床特点。
