High-rise Residential Building Construction Management Based on BIM Technology

本文基于高层住宅楼项目紧邻闹市区、施工场地小、工期紧等施工难点问题,探讨了BIM技术在项目施工管理中的应用,介绍了BIM技术的在项目中的实施框架和实施流程;分析了BIM技术在工程算量、施工模拟、优化方案及碰撞检测等方面的作用,为建筑企业的创新发展寻找新思路。

This paper discusses the application of BIM technology in project construction management based on the construction difficulties of high-rise residential building projects, such as downtown area, small construction site and tight construction period. It also introduces the implementation framework and implementation process of BIM technology in the project. The role of BIM technology in engineering calculation, construction simulation, optimization scheme and collision detection is analyzed, and new ideas for the innovation and development of construction enterprises are sought.
