改革开放以后,我国政府逐步开始进行职能转变,但根据各个地区经济发展水平等的不同,地方政府职能转变绩效也各有差异。据此,本文着重对影响地方政府职能转变绩效的各类因素和驱动机制等展开了分析探讨,以期能够促使政府职能体系变得更加完善,更好地与市场和社会相适应。

After the reform and opening up, the Chinese government gradually began to transform its functions. However, depending on the level of economic development in each region, the performance of local government function transformation varies. Based on this, this paper focuses on the analysis of various factors and driving mechanisms that affect the performance of local government functions transformation, in order to promote the government＇s functional system to be more perfect, better to adapt to the market and society.
