摘要
灌装水市场化是现代社会发展的产物。在中国城市化过程中,地表水和地下水受到一定程度的污染后不可逆,瓶装水和桶装水成为社会饮用水的主要途径。灌装水市场安全化是社会高度现代化的产物。为制定灌装水及软饮料市场安全的严刑峻法,逆向防范选择机制尤为重要。
The marketization of filling water is a product of the development of modern society. In the process of urbanization in China,surface water and groundwater are irreversibly contaminated to a certain extent, consequently bottled water have become the main source of drinking water. In order to make relevant law concerning the safety of the filling water and soft drinks, adverse selection mechanism is of primary importance.
