摘要
企业绩效管理之所以最后流于形式,一方面是管理者理念引导不够、目标不清晰、考核结果运用失控;另一方面就是缺乏信息化系统支持。本文结合一些企业应用绩效管理实践经验教训,谈谈推行企业绩效管理的思维方法。
The reason why enterprise performance management ends up in the form is that the manager's concept is not well guided,the goal is not clear, and the application results are out of control. On the other hand, there is a lack of information system support. This paper combines some enterprise application performance management practices and lessons, and talks about the thinking method of implementing enterprise performance management.
