介绍一种新的大型异形件核电用过渡管锻造工艺

摘要 对内径超过1m的大型异型件钢管接头锻造工艺进行分析,结合生产实际情况制定了具体合理有效的操作规程,提出了切口必须平整,控制压下量以及改用砧子等方法以防止锻件产生裂纹,为核电、火电异型锻管件接头锻造提供了参考,该工艺已成功地解决了许多核电异型件的国产化。 The forging process of large special-shaped steel pipe joints with an inner diameter of more than 1 m is analyzed. According to the actual production situation, a specific reasonable and effective operation procedure is established. It is proposed that the incision must be leveled, controlling the amount of pressing and changing the use of anvil is to prevent cracks in the forgings, which provides a reference for the forging of nuclear power and thermal power forged pipe joints. This process has successfully solved the localization of many nuclear power shaped parts.
