摘要
大体积混凝土产生大量水化热,结构安全有不利影响,采用钢管搭设上层钢筋支撑体系,同时在钢管内用循环水降低混凝土内部温度,达到双重效果。本方法施工简单,能够加快工期,且利用钢管支撑架体水平杆兼作降温管,降低成本。
Mass concrete produces a large amount of hydration heat, which has a negative effect on structural safety. The steel pipe is used to set up the upper steel supporting system, and the circulating water is used in the steel tube to reduce the internal temperature of concrete, thus achieving double effect. The method is simple in construction, can speed up the construction period, and uses the steel tube support frame horizontal bar as cooling pipe to reduce the cost.
