永磁变频电动机直驱带式输送机在煤矿井下的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 近几年,永磁同步电机变频驱动技术发展迅速,对比传统的液力偶合器软启动方式,具有低转速大转矩、结构简单,传动效率高、安装简便、维护成本低等特点。通过在柴里煤矿带式输送机驱动中的推广应用,大大延长了胶带输送机使用寿命,降低了生产过程中的维修量,增强了综掘工作面主输送系统的安全性和可靠性,杜绝了因故停机不能带载起动的状况,节电率高达25%,具有较高实际应用价值和应用前景。 In recent years, permanent magnet synchronous motor variable frequency drive technology has developed rapidly. Compared with the traditional hydraulic coupler soft start method, it has the characteristics of low speed, high torque, simple structure, high transmission efficiency, simple installation, and low maintenance cost. Through the promotion and application in the driving of Chaili coal belt conveyor, the service life of the belt conveyor has been greatly extended, the maintenance volume in the production process has been reduced, and the safety and reliability of the main transportation system for the comprehensive excavation face have been enhanced. It puts an end to some reason stop can not carry the condition of starting, save power rate is as high as 25%, has the high practical application value and the application foreground.
