摘要
中国致力于建立清洁低碳的现代能源体系,发电权交易及碳排放权交易均能促进碳减排,因此,对两者作综合的研究具有重要意义。首先,在一般发电权交易的效益剖析的基础上,分析了清洁能源发电权交易效益,提出了计入碳交易效益来全面计算清洁能源发电权交易的效益。然后,计算了碳交易效益,建立了以发电权交易效用及碳减排效用最大化为目标函数的清洁能源发电权交易模型。该模型通过折算报价方式改进报价及撮合次序,具备提高交易效益及交易效率的优点。最后,算例结果验证了所提模型的正确性及可行性。
China is committed to establishing a clean and low-carbon modern energy system. Both power generation rights trading and carbon emission trading can promote carbon emission reduction. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct comprehensive research on them. Firstly, on the basis of benefit analysis of general generation rights trading, the benefit of the clean energy power generation right transaction is analyzed, a scheme considering carbon trading to fully calculate the benefits of clean energy generation rights trading is proposed in this paper. Then, the carbon trading benefit is calculated, and a clean energy generation rights trading model with the objective function of maximizing generation rights trading effect and carbon emission reduction effect is established. The model improves the quotation and matching order by means of discounted quotation, and has the advantages of improving transaction effect and transaction efficiency.Finally, results in case study verify the correctness and the feasibility of the proposed model.
