摘要
新疆某铜矿属于罕见的微细泥质氧化混合铜矿,矿石氧化程度较高,铜主要以氧化铜形式存在,占55.34%,矿石中铜矿物主要是赤铜矿、蓝铜矿、孔雀石,脉石矿物中含量较高的是方解石、石英、长石和绿泥石等。针对选矿厂目前的三段精选作业,采用两段浮选柱精选作业代替,在流程回收率保持稳定的情况下,最终精矿品位由16%~17%提升到20%以上。
A copper mine in Xinjiang is a rare micro argillaceous mixed copper ore with high oxidation degree and copper mainly in the form of copper oxide, accounting for 55.34%. The copper minerals in the ore are mainly chalcopyrite, blue copper ore and malachite.The high content of the gangue minerals is calcite, quartz, feldspar and chlorite. In view of the three stage selection of the concentrator, two section flotation column selection is used instead. The final concentrate grade is raised from 16%~17% to over 20% under the condition of stable process recovery.
