预制装配式建筑结构的发展综述

Summary of the Development of Prefabricated Building Structures

预制装配式建筑结构是由预制构件在现场装配而成,具有施工速度快、节能降耗等优点,有利于建筑工业化和住宅产业化的发展。由于预制构件之间存在大量连接缝,故装配式建筑结构的节点连接问题成为装配式结构可靠与否的关键。本文简要总结国内外装配式建筑的发展概况和常用的节点连接技术,指出了预制装配式结构的研究方向和有待解决的问题。

The prefabricated building structure is assembled on site by prefabricated components. It has the advantages of fast construction speed, energy saving and consumption reduction, and is conducive to the development of industrialization of buildings and industrialization of housing. Due to the large number of joints between the prefabricated components, the problem of node connection of the fabricated building structure becomes the key to the reliability of the fabricated structure. This paper briefly summarizes the development of fabricated buildings at home and abroad and the commonly used node connection technologies, and points out the research direction and problems to be solved in prefabricated structures.
