摘要
为了避免建筑信息孤岛问题的出现,基于BIM技术设计了建筑信息平台,平台架构分成基础设施层、数据层、支撑层、应用层、表现层,可以实现平台管理、建筑项目策划管理、设计管理、施工管理、运营管理等功能。并以某别墅项目设计为例分析了该平台的具体应用过程。
In order to avoid the problem of isolated island of building information,this paper designs a building information platform based on BIM technology.The platform is divided intoinfrastructure layer,data layer,support layer,application layer,presentation layer,can realize platform management,design management,construction management,operation management and other functions.Finally,taking a villa project design as an example the application process of the platform analyzed.
