建筑施工企业行政管理工作在企业高效运转和发展过程中发挥着重要作用。行政工作到位,不仅关系企业整体工作质量和效率,同时还会对企业领导决策效果产生影响。新时代、新形势、新任务需要建筑施工企业行政系统必须以新的方法、新的思维开展工作。笔者主要从三个方面浅谈新时代做好建筑施工企业行政管理工作的几点思考。

The administrative work not only is related to the overall quality and efficiency of the company＇s work, but also has an impact on the decision-making effect of the company＇s leadership. The new era, the new situation and the new tasks require the administrative system of the construction enterprise to work in a new way and with new thinking. The author mainly discusses three aspects of doing a good job in the administrative management of construction enterprises in the new era.
