四川省制浆造纸企业吸引大学生就业的策略研究

A Study on the Strategy of Sichuan Province's Pulp and Paper Enterprises to Attract College Students' Employment

制浆造纸行业是国民经济的重要行业,制浆造纸企业后备人才严重缺乏。论文通过对相关院校在校大学生的调查,分析了大学生到四川省制浆造纸企业就业的意愿和影响因素,发现大学生们对制浆造纸企业不够了解,对晋升和发展空间、薪酬等十分看重,对地理位置、工作环境和条件比较看重,到制浆造纸企业工作的意愿普遍较低。提出了四川省制浆造纸企业应采取的对策,为制浆造纸企业吸引人才提供了建议。

The pulp and paper industry is an important industry in the national economy, and there is a serious shortage of reserve talents in pulp and paper enterprises. Through the investigation of college students in relevant colleges, the thesis analyzes the willingness and influencing factors of college students＇ employment in Sichuan pulp and paper enterprises. It is found that college students are not familiar with pulp and paper enterprises, and they attach great importance to promotion, development space and salary, then the geographical location, working environment and conditions, and the willingness to work in pulp and paper enterprises is generally low. The countermeasures that the Sichuan pulp and paper enterprises should take are put forward, which provides suggestions for the pulp and paper enterprises to attract talents.
