基于PPP模式的海绵工程应用研究

Application Research of Sponge Engineering based on PPP Mode

随着PPP模式在各个领域的成功应用,海绵工程的建设也迎来了新的机遇。然而海绵城市由于自身复杂性和行业发展的限制,PPP模式下海绵工程的应用面临着许多问题和挑战。因此,本文对当前海绵城市的研究现状进行了分析,总结了PPP模式下我国海绵城市建设存在的问题,通过对比分析2个典型海绵城市示范案例,对我国海绵城市PPP项目的建设提出了合理的建议,以期促进PPP模式下我国海绵城市建设的发展。

With the successful application of PPP model in various fields, the construction of sponge engineering has also ushered in new opportunities. However, sponge city is faced with many problems and challenges because of its own complexity and the limitation of industry development. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current research situation of sponge city, summarizes the problems existing in the construction of sponge city in China under the PPP model, and analyzes two typical sponge city demonstration cases. In order to promote the development of sponge city construction in China under the mode of PPP, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the construction of sponge city PPP project in China.
