传统设计院向工程总承包公司转型是国家战略导向以及国内工程承包模式发展完善的必然结果,已被越来越多的设计院认识到,但如何转型、怎么转型,没有统一的标准,每个设计院都有自己的独特性,本文结合国内外工程承包行业发展趋势和自身实践经验,对传统设计院转型工程总承包公司的挑战与机遇进行了探析,指明了转型发展建设思路。

The transformation from the traditional design institute to the general contract company is the inevitable result of the national strategic orientation and the development of the domestic engineering contracting mode. It has been recognized by more and more design institutes. But there is no uniform standard on how to transform. Each design institute has its own uniqueness. This paper analyzes challenges and opportunities of transformation of traditional design institute to general contract engineering company, and points out the ideas of the transformation and development in the light of the development trend and practical experience of the engineering contracting industry at home and abroad.
