基于可持续发展的乡村发展、规划建设策略与方法——以荆州市观音垱镇朱场村为例

乡村发展与规划建设是乡村规划的主要内容,不仅应为乡村发展提供可持续、综合性的技术支持,也应有利于推进乡村治理、促进乡村全面发展的规划建设提出合理的策略和方法。本文从历史文物保护、村落空间布局、乡村产业发展三个层次释义乡村可持续发展的内涵;通过从村民的视角解决微观因素、从村庄的视角促进乡村的可持续发展,从政府的角度提升乡村规划建设的工作目标;并以荆州市观音垱镇朱场村为案例演绎乡村可持续发展的一般过程。

Rural development and the planning construction is the main content of the rural planning, not only should provide sustainable rural development, comprehensive technical support, also should be conductive to promote the overall development of rural governance, promoting the rural planning and construction of the reasonable strategies and methods are put forward. This paper discusses the connotation of sustainable development in the three levels, from the layout of the village space, the development of rural industry and the protection of historical relics. The microscopic factors from the Angle of the villagers to solve, from the Angle of the village to promote the sustainable development of the country, from the Angle of the government, improve rural planning and construction work objectives; And in Jingzhou city Guanyin Dang town as a case to deduce the general process of rural sustainable development.
